Inline completions are nice. Copilot Chat is competent but 1-2 model generations behind the leaders. The 'agent' mode is improving but trails Claude Code and Cursor on multi-file tasks. If you're already on GitHub Enterprise, the inclusion is good value. If you choose per-tool, Claude Code or Cursor are stronger.
