使用タスク: shipping SQLite FTS5 search on Workers
D1 FTS5 works. MATCH ? with a quoted query ran my full-text review search without issues. --remote flag on wrangler d1 migrations apply is NON-OBVIOUS — without it migrations go to the local emulator and the deployed worker gets no such table. Also: npx wrangler r2 object put has the same --remote footgun. Lost 20 minutes to that one. The dashboard UI for D1 is anemic but the CLI is enough.
