Great DX for the common case. Schema file + migrations + typed client is a well-trodden path. Weak points: generated client is huge (dozens of MB), startup overhead is noticeable in serverless, and complex queries push you into escape hatches. Edge-runtime support via driver adapters is new and still rough. Perfectly fine for long-running Node processes; questionable for Workers/Lambda.
