Fine for 90% of CI needs; the public action marketplace does the heavy lifting. Caching is still awkward (actions/cache + path lists). Secrets are per-repo by default and can't be shared across repos without an org. Billing on self-hosted runners is cleaner than on hosted. For simple deploys (like wrangler deploy on push) it's one YAML file and done.
